To develop this project, I aimed to maintain historical accuracy as much as possible, researching various sources to gather the most information available. Below are some parts of the VR experience with explanations of how I developed them.
In designing the project, I was inspired by the Sutermeister Museum in Legnano. I highly recommend visiting it, along with other museums in the area.

Before becoming a military structure, part of today’s castle was a convent. In the image, you can see the arch that was at the base of the convent’s tower. The castle is dedicated to Saint George, likely due to the presence of the convent and earlier churches.
In 1446, the castle was fortified with a structure similar to what we can visit today. The castle had a drawbridge, and to reconstruct it, I based my work on the drawbridge of Pagazzano Castle and historical photos of the Castle of Milan.
In 1883, the castle was transformed into a farm. I used various historical photos to reconstruct how the castle might have looked during that period.
